Rodney D. Bailey, CEO
Dr. Rodney D. Bailey, L.N.H.A., M.S.W., Ph.D., R.H.P. is the Chief Executive Officer and healthcare administrator at Diamondback Healthcare Center, a member of the Integro Healthcare family of companies. He is recognized as an expert in the continuum of healthcare operations with a specialization in post-acute health services, including subacute, rehabilitation and long-term care, assisted living, and independent retirement settings, earning the professional credential of R.H.P. (retirement housing professional) in 1996. Dr. Bailey earned his B.S. from Olivet Nazarene University, his M.S.W from the University of Illinois, and his Ph.D. in healthcare administration from Lael College and Graduate School.

William Nassour, M.D.
Dr. William Nassour the medical director at Diamondback Healthcare Center. He is an excellent internal medicine physician with many years of experience in post-acute settings. He oversees all clinical care and quality outcomes at Diamondback and works with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. He has practiced medicine as an M.D. since 2004 and is also a noted scholar and author in his field, having collaborated on dozens of published works to advance medical care.
