Rodney D. Bailey Appointed as CEO of Diamondback Healthcare Center

[Phoenix, AZ 04/29/2022] – Rodney D. Bailey, L.N.H.A., M.S.W., Ph.D., R.H.P. was recently named as C.E.O. of Diamondback Healthcare Center, a member of the Integro Healthcare family of companies. He is a recognized expert in the continuum of healthcare operations with a specialization in post-acute health services, including subacute, rehabilitation and long-term care, assisted living and independent retirement settings, earning the professional credential of R.H.P. (retirement housing professional) in 1996. With over 30 years of healthcare financial, operations, marketing and strategic planning experience, Dr. Bailey has held various senior management positions ranging from chief financial officer to president of a hospital, long term care and assisted living company as well as a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation company. He is a board member of LeadingAge Arizona and has held board positions with the Chandler-Gilbert YMCA and the Arizona LeadingAge Foundation in addition to being past president of Gilbert Leadership, HD South and the Area Agency on Aging ELDERFriends. His efforts in legislative advocacy for the not-for-profit sector have encompassed local, state as well as national forums, while his for-profit endeavors have achieved sole provider status in master planned communities.

The therapy treatment gym is furnished with the industry’s best equipment, including a full-size kitchen for occupational therapy. The Diamondback Memory Care Pavilion is a long-term residential neighborhood providing residents with highly specialized 24/7 nursing-staffed memory care.
