Memory Care Cost Starting at $300 per day

At Diamondback Healthcare Center, our Pavilion neighborhood offers those with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease a long-term living solution with 24/7 nursing staff to care for their every need. It provides skilled care with privacy and independence in an expansive neighborhood setting while keeping the occupancy to only 24-26 residents.

Welcome to the neighborhood!

The expansive Pavilion is designed to provide comfort and care to those with cognitive impairment. This long term care setting has no shortage of space for residents who want to stroll and explore. Our neighborhood features an outdoor lounge, Snoezelen™ designed multisensory therapy room, theatre, dementia-friendly library, family gathering room, restaurant-style dining room, and a full-service salon.

First-Class Accommodations

Each resident of the Pavilion has their own one-bedroom or studio apartment, offering them privacy and independence while receiving specialized care. Hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, large windows, and an ensuite restroom standard create the perfect sanctuary for those needing rest and privacy.

Chef Curated Dining

We believe that nutritious food can also be therapeutic. Good food evokes feelings of love, comfort, and safety. It can even bring up special memories. Our Executive Chef works closely with staff and residents to serve delicious meals. We pay special attention to dietary restrictions and other preferences, and won’t hesitate to whip up special requests.

Exceptional Care

The highly experienced staff in our memory care facility also understands how crucial the memory care approach is. We are implementing Montessori™ dementia credentialing, so we create an individually tailored “person-centric” care approach.

Our Montessori Champion will be onsite to ensure we are on track to be one of only 30 Montessori-credentialed memory care communities in the country.

In-House Dialysis

In-House Dialysis

As part of our commitment to providing our residents with the best care and quality of life, we now offer DaVita dialysis at our facility. This means residents on dialysis can dialyze conveniently and comfortably—with no more trips to a dialysis center.

By removing the need to travel to treatment, residents may experience reduced stress and benefit from smoother care coordination between our care team, your nephrologist, and your onsite DaVita care team.

Additionally, you receive safe, high-quality therapy from a dialysis leader with 20 years of experience and established and proven clinical procedures. All of this may ultimately lead to a better quality of life for you.
